Due to expansion of the business, we are delighted to be advertising for a Workshop Controller to form part of our new and exciting team. This new venture is due to commence in late 2021,

 

About the role

 

As a Workshop Controller with Sytner Mercedes-Benz Direct you will engage, support & supervise the Mechanical Technicians and coordinate the flow of all Used Vehicle preparation. You will be responsible for ensuring the presentation and preparation of vehicle stock is to the highest standards at all times, working in collaboration with other departments. With the upgrade of our current workshop underway, you will have access to new improved facilities; providing a professional and prestige environment, enabling you to achieve the ultimate goal of delighting our customers and getting it right first time. This is your chance to showcase your skillset as a technical expert and use your knowledge and experience to develop and support the workshop team.

 

This is a full-time role that requires a proactive & dedicated approach to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. 

 

About you

 

At Sytner Mercedes-Benz Direct we are looking to recruit an individual who possesses excellent organisational and communication skills and has the confidence to operate in a fast paced environment. Experience of supervising a small productive team or equivalent technical skills within the motor industry would be advantageous in this role. The importance of understanding and advocating a proactive approach towards Health Safety requirements in a workshop is essential.
