We are currently recruiting for a Part time Administrative Assistant/Recruitment Resourcer

Reports to: Company Director

Responsibilities:

* Act as first point of telephone contact for staff, customers and operatives

* Answering telephone calls from candidates and clients and making notes to relay to team.

* Sourcing candidates using Indeed, CV Library and LinkedIn

* Completing candidate registration forms over the phone

* Entering new candidates into the new starters database and updating records.

* Ensure 100% compliance on right to work and skills cards for candidates

* Assist the recruitment process with organisation and filing of candidates application forms and cards/qualifications.

* Updating Chapmans social media platforms

Also assist the payroll process chasing invoices and timesheets:

* Dealing with queries relating to invoices and timesheets from candidates.

* General administration duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and distribution of same

* To maintain a flexible approach, and assist with other duties within the team as and when required

* Attend regular review meetings with management

* Proactively managing your desk to ensure you have enough work to do

* Support colleagues in the team.

* Ensure documentation is completed accurately.

* Demonstrate the company ethics and objectives.

Person Specification

Confident telephone manner

Excellent organisational skills

Accurate data inputting skills

Comprehensive knowledge of:

* Word

* Excel

* Outlook

Days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5pm.
