Title: Compliance Analyst - Stock Rationalisation

Contract Type: 2 year fixed term contract – full time
Location:  Homeworking and office - Cray House, Sidcup or West Ham Lane, Stratford
Persona: Agile, Office based 20-40%                                                                                  
Salary:  £30,321 - £34,500 depending on experience

We are looking for a candidate to support our Stock Rationalisation Team in delivering a programme of tenanted stock transfers to/from other Registered Providers or Local Authorities.


The Compliance Analyst -Stock Rationalisation, will join a small passionate team comprising of a Project Manager, who the role will report into, a Project Analyst and the Head of Stock Rationalisation. The team works closely with multiple departments, such as Asset Information Team, Maintenance, Regeneration and Compliance, as the Stock Transfer projects require input from all business areas.

The main duties will include:

  • Resolving project queries downloading and collating compliance documentation for data rooms from L&Q systems
  • Analysing and refining compliance data
  • Contributing to compliance matrixes and monitoring progress
  • Working with internal departments and external parties
  • Supporting the stock transfer and compliance teams in day-to-day duties

Essential skills include:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excel and MS Office ability 
  • Experienced in providing high-level customer service
  • Good project co-ordination skills

While knowledge of stock rationalisation is desirable, we would welcome candidates with transferrable skills and a background in compliance, housing and/or asset management.
