SF Group are looking for a part time Receptionist Administrator to support a client based in B1. GBP20-21K PRO RATA

Your role will be to administratively support and assist the Admin function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensuring adherence to pre-agreed pricing and spend
- Administrative support for Projects
- Administrative support for the wider general business
- Notify the MD of any possible obstacles to optimum efficiency within the Supply Chain
- Adhere to policies and procedures in place to support KPI metrics and measurements
- To assist with co-ordinating deliveries
- To expedite where necessary.
- To assist with the raising of Purchase Orders for Direct & Indirect goods, materials and services
- Work within policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Comply with Health and Safety policies, procedures and practices at all time.
- Achieve, maintain and improve on the required quality standards through work, process and technical awareness, improvement and innovation
- Understand and maintain the required 5S and housekeeping processes and procedures

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

Education/Qualification - Minimum:

- 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English

Experience required:
- Previous experience in admin or assistant role is essential

Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Good time management.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Able to handle pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Good PC / Microsoft Office skills
