In digital commerce we are a high performing multi-disciplinary team spread across multiple locations, working in the fast-paced environment that is digital transformation

 


What you'll do:

 

* Own and maintain the End-to-End digital programme plan, ensuring alignment across all internal and external teams to ensure Digital goals are achieved and set up new or improve existing programme governance to enable effective communication across all stakeholder groups and facilitates decision making.
* Keep a close working relationship with product owners and heads of products to ensure strategic priorities are being delivered and maintain relationships with delivery partners, including third party agencies, to ensure alignment of cross-programme dependencies.
* Understanding, defining, and engaging your key stakeholders for sign-off and critical decisions from director level and down. Influence and handle complex, stakeholder groups and highlight need for senior level support / decision making via Digital Steering Group meetings.
* Lead project finances; forecasting spends, tracking actuals, estimating, and scheduling resources to ensure successful delivery. Provide weekly reporting and attendance on the programme calls and disseminate key outputs to the wider teams.
* Oversee risk and issue management by ensuring mitigations are in place and resolved through agreement with the various parties.
* Lead programme change, scope and expectations in line with scope, technology and roadmaps. Facilitating scoping and planning sessions with wider sky teams to assess impact of the change and provide estimates when needed.
* Ensure all Digital programme team members have clearly defined roles and responsibilities

 


What you'll bring:

 

* Experience in successfully delivering large-scale transformation programmes across both software delivery and business change.
* Experience of leading diverse teams across technology and design disciplines to deliver complex plans and budget.
* A strong programme management background with experience of the Software Delivery cycle and leading agile delivery teams.
* Proven track record of successfully gaining the involvement and engagement of senior partners and leadership team. Demonstrating a high resilience to appropriately handle conflicting priorities.
* An effective communicator, with the ability to cut through the noise and articulate the problem/challenge to all levels.
* The ability to empower the team to take ownership for their results whilst clearly articulating the plan and critical path to release value to the customer.
* A tenacious individual with a "can do" attitude that drives and galvanizes our people around the goal.
