Contracts Manager - Roll Out
We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and passionate Contracts Manager to lead fast-track hotel refresh programme of works. You will be joining Willmott Dixon Interiors and we have offices in Central London and Birmingham, but this role would be UK wide so home location not as important as drive and passion for the work.
Willmott Dixon Interiors are driven by our customers' aims and aspirations, delivering outstanding work, providing a great service and excellent value for money. To this day we remain family owned and take pride in our core values.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in frameworks, particularly fast track roll outs or refresh works on hotels, retail, gyms and leisure facilities. Our award-winning team create space that help businesses succeed. Combining the strength of a national contractor with the skills of a highly experienced design and fit-out team and completing one-off projects up to £45+ million in value.
To be considered as a Construction Manager, you will be able to develop and implement project strategy and delivery programme, ensure effective communication and implementation to deliver projects on time, ensure regular monitoring and reporting on progress, and instigate corrective actions as required.
You should ideally be able to lead the project team, manage the supply chain and to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our customers' expectations
It is equally as important in this role to manage the operational aspects of the project to achieve the budget, review performance against targets and identify and manage potential risks and opportunities, manage project handover and ensure defect /snag free completion; all whilst leading and motivating the project team and the supply chain to deliver the project!
In addition you will need to develop and monitor strategies (including sustainability) to deliver a quality build in accordance with the requirements of the project.
