Choose your hours of work - between 25 and 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We have two vacancies working within the Implementation Department of one of our clients - One in the Services team and the other in the Installations team.
Duties Include:
• Resource booking and allocation ensuring the most effective utilisation for labour resource
• Day to day management of the installation and service & maintenance workflow
• Creation of installation and maintenance briefs including RAMS / Health and Safety Workbooks
• Booking of transport ensuring the best possible commercial margin is gained
• Sales Order raising and processing
• Telephone and email support for internal and external customers
• Providing general office admin support where required
• Attend daily review meetings
• Preparing files for invoicing
• Support the month end invoice processes
• Attend supplier and customer meetings as required
• Promote the brand by building trust and rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, and to develop brand loyalty
• Support the strategy for common ways of working in parallel, collaboratively, and cross functionally
PERSON SPECIFICATION
• IT literate with an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
• Experience of working within a manufacturing or engineering environment (desirable)
• Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships • Self-motivated, ability to show initiative
• Able to work under pressure in a calm manner
• Be receptive to fast moving, challenging, rapidly changing and expanding operations
• Confident and personable
