Part Time Sales Administrator
20 hours per week

GBP21,000 - GBP23,000 pro rata
Our client, based in Cranfield is the manufacturer and supplier of their own unique and innovative, high-end products. They are quality focused and driven to deliver their customers a first class service. As a Part Time Sales Administrator you will work closely and collaboratively with the Office Manager and Field Sales Executives to enable a successful sales process by dealing with the incoming customer enquiries and assisting the team with the daily sales administration activities.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Monitoring the sales inbox, accurately inputting all customer orders.
Producing customer invoices and answering related queries.
Raising quotes and processing PO's to create sales orders.
Carrying out all necessary operations with orders on the phone or via email.
Answering incoming telephone calls.
Using ERP and other internal systems to answer customer stock queries.
Responding to sales related queries to provide a resolution best suited to the customer as well as the business.
Keeping clients updated and advising of any issues.
Be aware of and learn about stock and stock management procedures.
Looking after stock control.
Placing stock orders with Head Office.
Other administrative activities and support when needed.
To be a successful Part Times Sales Administrator, you must have:
Experience of working in a similar role/environment.
A desire to work 5 days per week (4 hours per day) Monday to Friday.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP system.
A professional telephone manner along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work alone using initiative.
Organisational skills, able to work under pressure and manage own workload/time effectively.
A flexible and adaptable attitude.
