This company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketer to train and assess their apprenticeship learners in Digital Marketing up to Level 3.

This is a part time (three days a week) role, largely remote but could include some travel within the Midlands and Yorkshire. A driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

The Role

You will be working in partnership with local employers to support their employees through the full apprenticeship programme. As a Trainer Assessor you will be responsible for supporting a caseload of learners, remotely in one-to-one or small group workshops, to progress and achieve their Digital Marketing Apprenticeship. Key areas of experience will include Google Analytics, Coding, Online and Offline Marketing Principles as well as the ability to support learners to achieve English and maths Functional Skills at Level 2.

In addition, you will work closely with the Curriculum Development Lead on the development and ongoing review of high quality group workshops for the Digital Marketing Level 3 qualifications.

You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for the business and their offering.

The Individual

They really value your industry knowledge and digital marketing experience, so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification would be great, full training and support will be provided if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.
