Overview of the role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager your overarching role will be to attract, recruit and onboard excellent talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

The role entails efficiently supporting the full recruitment cycle as well as creating and maintaining a database of potential candidates of interest to the Company; supporting the full range of recruitment activities and completing recruitment administration tasks.

The successful candidate would also aspire to continue their personal development, keep up to date with HR and recruitment news, articles, and best practices. While also taking advantage of the range of opportunities available for developing the role and responsibilities.

For this, we'll need an extremely organised, highly motivated and charismatic individual with a real interest in developing their career in a very busy and growing organisation. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills; possess a great phone manner; be able to multi-task; have a sense of accountability; and have a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work and a 'can-do' and 'roll up your sleeves' attitude to getting the job done.

Some of the key responsibilities in this great role include:

* Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle including:

* Meeting with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, build a brief and create a strategy for advertising the role and attracting relevant talent

* Review and update job descriptions across roles and departments

* Advertise roles via our ATS, job boards and other portals, and brief in roles with agreed high quality agencies

* Screen all candidates and put forward relevant, high calibre shortlists in a timely manner

* Coordinating with agencies, candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews

* Provide feedback to candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience

* Work with the Talent team to ensure a smooth onboarding and acting as a point of contact (and friendly face!) for new joiners

* Manage agency relationships and ensure optimal terms are negotiated

* Create and maintain prospective candidate database on an ongoing basis

* Continuously seek new ways to improve recruitment process and find new ways in which to seek candidates internally

* Attend relevant external events to help develop its recruitment function

Qualifications, experience & skills:

* Relevant higher education qualification e.g. Degree, Certificate (e.g. CIPD), or Diploma

* Experience working within a busy recruitment team with demonstrable experience in talent attraction and retention across business units and specialisations

* Experience working with an ATS to manage candidates and vacancies

* Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter

* Influencing and negotiating skills

* Strong administration and organisational skills

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with managers

* Experience working in a fast paced, deadline orientated culture and have the ability to manage many urgent and often, conflicting priorities

* Ability to show initiative in solving problems and identifying improvements
