Medical Receptionist
Part time - 2 days per week
Basildon, Essex
GBP9.80 per hour - weekly pay / Will become a permanent position for the right person with extra hours.
We are looking for an experience Medical Receptionist that is open minded to working within a dynamic and proactive Medical Centre in Basildon, Essex.
Our Client is looking for a candidate that would have recent knowledge of SystemOne and their own smart card ready to work, as well as having experience with assisting with patients face to face and over the telephone.
Duties:
* Reception cover front desk.
* Receive patient test samples and label as appropriate.
* Answer all incoming calls and deal with enquiries/urgent matters and prioritise calls.
* Liaise with GP, Nurses, Local Hospitals, local Pharmacies, HCA's, Locums, facilities staffing and internal secretaries with patient prescriptions or paperwork.
* Use in-house system: SystemOne.
* Deal with incoming post.
* Follow in-house training and guidance of medical matters.
* Follow Medical Practice and CQC guidelines.
