As the Merchandising Strategy Manager in Content Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and driving initiatives which improve our strategic KPIs and cement UI Merchandising as a core customer marketing channel

 


What you'll do:

 

- Develop the strategy: work with the Lead to set and evolve the merchandising strategy on an ongoing basis. Translate our merchandising strategy to a product level view.
- Analyse performance measures at a total level and across products, and develop insight to better understand how our plans impact performance.
- Coordinate across teams and departments to deliver projects which materially progress us towards greater delivery of our strategy.
- Manage wider working groups to set clear agendas and priorities, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of progress and input is sought at the right time to build consensus.
- Develop a strategic testing roadmap to allow us to develop significant new learnings in customer engagement.
- Manage the in-life application of the merchandising engagement segmentation, developing and testing strategies to iteratively migrate customers to higher tiers and monitoring impact on intended business outcomes.
- Be a key point of contact for cross-territory knowledge share.

 


What you'll bring:

 

- Excellent communication and presentation skills from operational to executive level, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker who can balance emergent issues with long term goals to develop well-reasoned plans.
- Detail oriented analytical thinker who is comfortable gathering, interpreting, and drawing conclusions from data.
- Experience developing and delivering against annual plans.
- Knowledge of the UK content landscape.
