Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting their legal services client with their search for a Part Time Administrator (3 days per week). The role will be based in their Newcastle City Centre offices.

The Role

Reporting to the general office manager, the duties of the role will include:
  • A variety of office administration duties, including photocopying, binding, archiving, delivering and collection of internal mail, franking external post and filing
  • Assisting with client meeting refreshments and keeping the meeting rooms tidy
  • To act as a relief telephonist / receptionist when required
  • Processing card payments
  • Organising documents for safe and organised storage

The Person


Skills and Attributes needed for the role:

  • Experience of working within a team in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills and a professional manner
  • Ability to take ownership of the queries they receive
  • Being accurate and taking pride in the work done
  • Good IT skills
