A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced French speaking Personal Assistant to support a busy founder of a tech company.
This is a remote position, 5 days a week, either mornings or afternoons.
The individual needs support with a mix of business and private, which will include:
* Managing their day to day business schedule - including diary management, responding to emails and organising travel
* Overseeing the renovations of the family home and grounds
* Extensive diary management; scheduling appointments for business and personal meetings
* High volume of travel arrangements; scheduling flights, accommodation, transfers, ensuring personal preferences for travel are adhered to
* Acting as a right-hand person and attending appointments / meetings with them and taking notes where necessary
* Liaising with household staff including the nanny, cleaners, gardener etc
* Organising appointments with schools for the children including extra curricular activities and outings
* Managing household admin and finances; setting up and managing weekly / months payments, processing all bills and invoices, keeping organised and detailed records of expenses, double check bank statements for payments and outgoing costs
* Personal shopping and keeping note of family and friends' birthdays in the calendar.
* Booking restaurants, theatres and trips for both business and pleasure
* Managing dry cleaning and any other ad hoc daily tasks
* Managing the insurance policies and other annual renewals
* Preparing research and any documentation needed for meetings
* Prioritization and coordination of the Founder's time and calendar, making sure it aligns with priorities of the business while creating accountability
* Special projects may include the support in cross-functional company projects, preparation of presentations
