Part time HR Advisor (22.5 hours per week)

GBP25,655 - GBP27,780 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced HR Advisor? Are you CIPD Level 5 qualified? Are you seeking a new part time opportunity in the Chippenham area? If the answer is YES, then this could be the fixed term contract you have been looking for!

Working in partnership with my client, we are looking to recruit an experienced part time HR Advisor to join their growing organisation in Chippenham. You will be proving an effective and professional HR service to management and staff for the organisation. You will lead on providing advice to managers of a range of HR areas.

Duties:

Advise and support managers to conduct investigations
Attend formal meetings / hearings
Provide advice and support to managers
Design and produce supporting documentation templates
Maintain and update HR systems
Review and analyse workforce data
Proactively work with management teams
Devise and deliver training to managers
Contribute and lead specific programmesPerson Specification:

Previous HR Advisor experience is essential
CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
Up to date knowledge of HR Legal framework
Confident delivering frontline advice
Experience working on a high volume of employee relation cases
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to work well under pressure and to timescalesHours of work will be Wednesday to Friday 22.5 hours per week.
