Excellent opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join the Pensions Membership body on a part time basis where you'll be providing an expert level of coordination and support to either the Chief Executive or Director of Policy and Advocacy.

Role Info:

Personal Assistant / PA - Hybrid Working - Part-Time 2.5 days per week
Remote with occasional office visits
GBP35,000 Pro-rated (2.5 Days Per Week)

We bring together the industry and other parties to raise standards, share best practice and support our members. We work collaboratively with members, government, parliament, regulators and other stakeholders to help build sustainable policies and regulation which deliver a better income in retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Diary management.
+ Organise meetings and booking rooms, including for groups of 20+ external people.
+ Coordinate agendas, collate and distribute papers for Policy Board and other Committees and teams.
+ Attend weekly team meeting and collate the team's priorities for the week in advance.
+ Update Policy Board and Committee contact details on database.
+ Process personal expenses.
+ Update key stakeholder contact details on database.
+ Other admin tasks as required.
+ Minute taking for Board meetings, shorthand not required

Essential Experience/Knowledge:

+ Knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
+ Experience of providing support to executive meetings.

+ Intelligent, proactive approach, able to work on own initiative without direct supervision.
+ Very well organised and able to prioritise a busy job.
+ Flexible and adaptable.
+ Good communication skills, both written and oral; able to communicate effectively with high-level individuals from a variety of stakeholders.
+ Excellent secretarial and administrative skills.
+ Good manner with people, good at handling people and issues, diplomacy, discretion.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
