Graypaul Nottingham have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Manager to join our successful Aftersales Team. This is a crucial role assisting in the smooth and successful running of our busy Service Department supporting both the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive a first class service each and every time.

As a Customer Relations Manager you will be responsible for all service bookings and the subsequent follow up of the customers' experience of our dealership.

You should possess excellent IT skills and be able to demonstrate previous experience of using a CRM system as well as a natural confidence and flair in dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone. Organisational skills, problem solving and an unquenchable desire to be the best are a must for this role.
