Eden Brown are working closely with a well known Housing Association in Preston as they are seeking a highly experienced Senior Administrator on a 4-6 month contract
The role will be 18 hours per week 5 days a week. Flexibility is offered around the hours of work
Key Responsibilities
To ensure appropriate systems and processes are developed and maintained to support effective and efficient day to day running of the Chief Executive's office.
To set appointments and arrange meetings and conferences, for the Chief Executive and Directors, organising travel arrangements and accommodation as required.
To be the first point of contact for any enquires, or correspondence for the Chief Executive ensuring messages are passed on, re-directed or actioned in a timely manner.
To welcome visitors ensuring a high quality and professional hospitality service.
To prepare papers and facilitate and support meetings for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Management Team (SMT) including any briefing materials, distribution of agendas and organising refreshments.
To note any action points for ELT and SMT and ensure these are followed up in a timely manner.
To undertake research and prepare presentations and reports for the Chief Executive and Directors as requested.
To provide a corporate document proof reading service to the organisation.
