We are supporting a global manufacturing business to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for their Swale-based plant. You will be joining an established business initially on a temporary basis to maintain the HR practices and procedures in place at local level.

This is a stand-alone role on site, with support from the wider UK and European-based HR teams and will involve you maintaining policies and procedures, HR metrics and managing HR-related issues as they arise. You will support the General Manager in areas such as talent reviews, training - to include yearly reviews and the data supporting these, objective reviews and setting of on an annual basis and providing guidance and support to Managers within the business relating to HR.
