We are currently recruiting for a Support Administrator on a part time, 30 hour a week basis. This role is working on-site and the hours can be distributed over 5 days or worked within 4 days.
The role will include:
Provide administrative support as appropriate/required within the allocated work area in respect of operational financial administration including monitoring of income and expenditure, administration of procurement and billing activities and budget tracking needed to maintain effective contract and purchasing control, and reporting requirements.
As required provide administrative support to the Faculty's Schools in respect of recruitment of staff, research activity, professional and recruitment related School events, the preparation and development of course materials, promotion of the School and the enhancement of student engagement.
As required assist with the creation and checking of contracts ensuring contract information is accurate, appropriate for the level and all contracts are processed efficiently.
Book and administer arrangements for business related travel both in the UK and overseas.
Devise, implement and maintain agreed administrative processes and systems required to ensure effective day-to-day delivery of work area/programme objectives.
Interview to commence 2nd September
