What you'll do:

  • Lead the studio team who are accountable to create and deliver all communication and learning content across our customer, business and colleagues prioritiesCustodian of all work to ensure it meets the brief, is on brand and tone of voiceWorking as part of the Communications and Learning Leadership Team to shape the functions future strategy and ongoing priorities and ways of workingDrive the innovation of our digital learning content and experiencesCreate a team culture that thrives on creative and personal development

What you'll bring:

  • Established experience in creative industry and similar roleExperience leading a medium-sized, high-performing creative team.Strong creative skills, with experience of designing/writing for tone of voice/brand presence, sharp eye for detail.Experience of quality control and sign off process.Previous experience as a Senior Manager working in a large organisation with multiple demands and priorities, preferably in Sales, Service or Field Operations Experience in creative/ learning design and/or copywriting
