A London based Artist Management company are recruiting for a part time Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the part time Bookkeeper you will be assisting the Finance Manager with accurate and timely processing of payments and month end. This role requires someone 1-2 days per week and is offering GBP15 - GBP17ph.

Key responsibilities:

* Assisting with budgeting & cashflow forecasting
* Generating & processing royalty statements
* Assisting with Quarterly VAT returns
* Processing commissions
* Generating sales invoices
* Processing payment runs
* Reconciling the general ledger & bank statements

Key requirements:

* At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role
* Media or Creative industry experience is ideal
* Strong Double entry bookkeeping skills
* The ability to work autonomously without support
