At A.N.S.W.E.R.S Tuition, we pride ourselves in teaching with empathy, understanding the specific students needs in order to strengthen their weaknesses and work with their strengths.

We are looking for Maths, Science and English tutors to teach a group of dedicated students. Should the interview go well, you will be teaching a trial lesson to a group of no more than 3 students.

We are also looking for KS3 and GCSE Math, Science and English Tutors. You do not have to be an experienced tutor, training will be provided. We are looking to fill the post in Kilburn and Hanwell.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Improve school grades
• Strengthen student's knowledge
• Boost confidence
• Improve exam technique
• Help with difficult topics
• Teaching style tailored to suit the students learning style

Requirements or Skills:

• Can understand the needs of a young person and meet those needs in a planned way
• Knowledge of child development with an ability to relate theory to practice
• Forge and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, young people and their families as well as other professional organisations
• Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviour
• Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of safe-guarding and basic principles of Equal Opportunities

Willingness to undertake all training provided.
