Are you a creative and highly organised communications and engagement specialist looking to take a lead internal communications role on a global strategic change project for an industry leading Asset Management business? This could be the role for you.

 

In this role you will help develop, manage and deliver an internal communications programme designed to inform, educate and engage staff as we transition our business to operate under a single external brand.  The project is of significant strategic importance and will require change across most functions across global asset management platform, including operations, finance, human resources, client and stakeholder engagement, brand and marketing etc.

 

As part of the Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Workstream, you will work closely with the Steering Committee, Project Manager and Workstream Leads to design and manage the communication plan and guidance materials for the overall project - including messaging, Q&A and other supporting materials, engagement campaigns and tools to provide information to staff across the business.

 

You will be highly organised, proactive and adaptable – liaising regularly with workstream leaders and teams to keep up to date on the different development across each workstream and the project as a whole (including workstream interdependencies), to provide both proactive and reactive communication support and adjust communication activities and timelines as required.

 

Working closely with the broader MAM Corporate Affairs and Marketing teams, you will also ensure that the Project communications are aligned and coordinated and with other internal and external communication initiatives.  You will be expected to support leadership communications where appropriate and leverage existing communications channels such as town halls, email communications, staff intranet and platforms such as Workplace.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Relevant communications experience, ideally with exposure to large global change and transformation projects/ engagement communications and communications. 
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience developing communication programmes/campaigns that leverage multiple channels including town halls, internal emails, video and other digital internal platforms such as Workplace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of developing internal communications tools including PowerPoint, intranet management, SharePoint etc.
  • The ability to build relationships with a range of key internal stakeholders in a global, matrixed organisation.
  • A high level of motivation and proactivity as well as being flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities.
