20 hours pw office based.

Based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and working for a growing HR team, you will join as HR Coordinator and take ownership of the HR Administration for the team. Working closely with the HR Advisor, and a Full time HR Coordinator you will support on:

  • Issuing contracts and on boarding new team members
  • Updating and maintaining employee records
  • Supporting line managers with absence management and disciplinaries
  • Leading on a variety of projects to include employee wellbeing
  • Supporting on changes to include shift patterns and pay structures

You will need to:

  • Have experience working within a HR department
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to build relationships
  • Have a full clean driving licence, this is a group role and would support Peterborough and two other local sites
