About the role
Guy Salmon Land Rover Sheffield has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. Your primary role will be Purchase Ledger whilst supporting the day to day functions of the Accounts department. This is an exciting position that combines multiple daily tasks and is a real hands-on role where everyone works as part of a team.
Key qualities are honesty, dedication and a passion to learn and succeed. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to produce quality work to tight time scales. Computer literacy and a good level of Maths and English are essential for this role, as are good organisational and communication skills. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday however hours may be negotiated.
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided, however a good working knowledge of accounting routines and basic IT skills would be advantageous. You will need to be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
