Our client based in Bury is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their expanding team. You will be used to working within a busy office environment, have an excellent can-do attitude with strong numeracy and literacy skills - good Microsoft Excel skills would be advantageous. We are seeking driven and professional individuals who have good customer service skills and are great with people.

Hours are 21hours a week, either 3 full days or spread across 5 days - hours to suit!

The Role:

* Speaking with customers on a daily basis via telephone and e-mail

* Writing letters and sending out to customers

* Diary management

* Administrative, data entry tasks using the in-house system

* Providing some PA support to the Manager

The person:

You will have excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and face-to-face as well as good IT skills and a high work ethic. You will also need to be highly efficient with the ability to work on a large number of tasks whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
