Your primary focus is to identify and place candidates for our services/programmes to successfully deliver against specific, measurable targets.

Key Responsibilities
·Screen quality candidates using a variety of methods and work with internal/external stakeholders to deliver against targets
·Arrange interviews with internal team members or customers
·Timely and successful completion of all candidates required documentation/information in-line with regulations/governance
·Maintain all relevant recruitment management information and report on activity accurately
·Constantly developing an understanding of our service/programme offering and recruitment techniques

What will you bring to the role?
·Experience in a similar sales/ Recruitment role, ideally in tech recruitment
·You are self-motivated, proactive and take responsibility to drive business forward whilst achieving set targets
·Track record of achieving placement targets desirable
·Experience of using IT systems e.g., Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is desirable
