Location: Trafford Park, onsite
Salary: GBP9.70/hour (Paid monthly on the last working day of the month). This is a permanent role.
Hours: 4 hours a day Monday-Friday or over 4 weekdays. These hours can be worked between 8am-4pm, they are flexible.
***Successful candidate can choose which hours however they have to remain consistent every week***
Main duties:
- Booking collections of pallets/boxes with couriers.
- Tracking orders and sending PODs as and when required.
- Investigate and correct invoice queries such as overcharges, shortages, and damages; by processing credit notes/invoices as required.
- Supporting trade customers with general queries.
- Answering phone calls.
- Processing credit notes for returned stock. This includes checking the system to not duplicate. Pricing, processing, printing and filing of credits raised on a daily basis.
- Using Microsoft Exchange daily to communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Liaising with the warehouse to investigate any back to stock returns.
- Adhoc duties as and when required to assist the Sales Office/Credit Control.
Skills required for you to fulfil the role:
- Customer Service experience is essential.
- Sage 200 or 50 experience is necessary.
- Competent with all aspects of Microsoft Office.
- Work well independently but also as part of a team.
- Proactive and highly organised; ability to manage and plan their time effectively.
- Confident, yet personable telephone manner.
- A willingness to learn and quickly adapt is a must, as well as the drive to succeed.
