We are currently recruiting a Part Time Administrator to work in the Learning & Development Team at United Utilities. This is a contract role for initially 6 months working 22.2 hours per week Monday to Friday (hours to be agreed).

As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will be responsible for providing an end to end service for business users, relating to training requests for mandatory and development training. As part of a team, you will manage requests from around the business, either directly or through the SAP LMS system. You will also facilitate delegates training through scheduling courses and updating training records as well as being responsible for the procurement and payment for external training using the SAP supply chain system.

Knowledge and Skills
* Must be computer literate with expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
* Good communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
* Ability to interact with multiple 3rd parties, including suppliers and auditors
* Must be customer focused and service driven
* Ability to prioritise workloads to meet high volume demands
* Be able to work with others and offer constructive / respectful advice to the team and others
* Embrace the "Right first time" culture and constantly seeking to improve self and others
* Understanding of key legislation - Data protection Act / Health & Safety legislation
* Must have basic level of education (5 GCSE'S / O'Levels, including Maths and English) or equivalent
