Working on complex ER issues, providing appropriate solution-focused recommendations and resolutions.

• Provide a dedicated HR advisory service to our population of line managers and colleagues, advising on everything from absence to employee relations matters on site
• Lead, guide, coach and mentor managers and colleagues on HR processes.
• Build harmonious relationships with Trade Union representatives to ensure working equality

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to a large workforce, preferably in an operational environment
• A CIPD qualification would be desirable but your experience is more valuable to us
• An excellent understanding of HR processes/procedures and employment law
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels Be part of something big.
