Base Location:
Home-based (Or willing to travel to Slough/Swindon once a week if based anywhere midlands and above)

Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will be the go-to person for large organisations that have engaged with QA to manage their Learning and Apprenticeship strategies.
Involved in the initial sale and acting as a trusted advisor to your customers. You will oversee and manage the overall delivery and success of their strategy, offer solutions and changes by being the subject matter expert to ensure they have received the best ROI.

What is meant by being a trusted advisor? It's about immersing yourself within your customer, being an extension of their team, adopting their values and representing their voice as a partnership.

Key Responsibilities
·To be a visible and trusted advisor within the customer organisation, developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders within our customer partnership
·Own and review contract commitments and KPI's
·Acting as a main pivot point within QA to create integrated working within multiple service lines
·To setup and lead regular service reviews with your customers. ·Agree and deliver any further regular communications and reports required
·Create and maintain project plans and track progress to ensure successful delivery of projects and programmes
·Liaise internally with colleagues to ensure all milestones and quality standards are achieved
·Proactively identify and raise issues that risk project delivery and/or agreed costs and timescales

What will you bring to the role?
·Proven background working within a customer success, service delivery, talent management or learning & development in IT
·Awareness of both contract and SLA management
·Adept at offering solutions, taking the initiative to discuss challenges and create solutions before issues arise
·Strong stakeholder management at multiple levels with the ability to interact with customers from all industries/backgrounds
·Background/knowledge of project management
