Firstsource are recruiting for Inbound customer service advisors part time 20 hours a *evenings mon-fri 18:00-22:00* week working for a leading UK bank in our Middlesbrough contact centre

You'll bring with you excellent attitude and passion to learn and grow. If you have never worked in a contact centre before, or within financial services, do not worry! Firstsource employ people from all different professional backgrounds have one thing in common - they love helping people and solving problems!

*What you will do;*
* Handle queries from customers in relation to their banking needs
* Take ownership of customer queries, solving them at the first point of contact or escalate if required
* Help your team to achieve their shared quality and adherence targets
* Make sure you're hitting those customer satisfaction and service quality levels
* A good level of computer literacy is needed to keep excellent, clear notes and customer records up-to-date across our systems

*Skills needed;*
* High degree of accuracy
* A positive attitude towards providing an excellent level of customer service which goes beyond a customer's expectations
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Adaptability to changes in procedures/services
* Driven and enthusiastic, taking specific tasks and taking these through to completion.
