Recruitment Admin/Resourcer
Hours - Part Time (Mon - Fri 10am - 2pm)
Location - Northampton

We are currently partnering with a fantastic organisation based in Northampton, our client is looking for great recruitment admin individuals to join their vibrant team.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who possess fantastic admin skills who is available immediately and enjoys administration service role.
Duties:
Resourcing on a range of roles of all levels throughout the business
CV and pre-interview screening
Required to phone candidates and book them in for the assessment centre
Declining candidates
Phoning and offering candidates
Processing their onboarding paperwork
General administration
Screening candidates
Lots of telephone work so need to be happy with this, very process orientated
Arranging multiple interview slots per week
Assisting with any HR administration duties as required
Writing, running, and monitoring various job advertisements among multiple platforms
Holding telephone interviews
Liaising with members of the management teams to arrange interviews and provide candidate detailsThe candidate
A minimum of 1 years' experience within a similar resourcing or administrative role
Excellent communication skills
Confident and a team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced role while maintaining high levels of attention to detail and organisation
Understanding of multiple roles and requirements throughout the business
Ability to pre-screen candidates and identify their suitability for the specific role
