A unique opportunity to be a valued member of a small and friendly property company, in the heart of Soho.

The role will be extremely varied and will suit someone who can work independently as well as within a team. The ideal candidate will have had good administrative experience, be flexible, able to prioritise, and enjoy juggling multiple responsibilities. This is a fantastic role for someone who likes being a part of a small successful team, and would like flexible working hours.

The role includes:

PA duties -

  • Diary, meeting, travel management for the team
  • General administrative tasks including: creating and editing documents, filing paper and electronic documents, assisting with team projects
  • Includes organising work events, i.e Christmas lunches, team outings

Marketing -

  • Creating weekly marketing documents
  • Updating the Company's website
  • Editing social media posts
  • Assisting in the production of in house brochures

Office management -

  • Ensuring the office is well stocked, clean and presentable
  • Ordering stationary, ink, teas/coffees
  • Managing all aspects of IT including liaising with IT support
  • Ensuring any issues are reported to Maintenance
  • Managing the company's utilities, IT and insurance policies

Accounting -

  • Creating / sending out invoices
  • Arranging payment of incoming invoices, staff expenses and salaries
  • Updating the Company's quarterly and year end accounts and liaising with our external accountants


  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills

This is a part time, office based role. Working hours are not set but we would consider four half-days or two full days a week, possibly with the flexibility of half a day working from home.
