Night Concierge - Part TimeRange Street, HalifaxGBP9.23 - GBP9.5131.5 hours per week - Including weekendsWe are seeking a Night Concierge to join our team at Range Street, Halifax. Set alongside the quiet surroundings of Akroyd Park, our supported living service offers housing for 16 to 17 year olds who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.As Night Concierge you will provide an effective reception and concierge service, acting as first point of contact for all customers, visitors and suppliers ensuring that the highest level of customer care and service are maintained at all times.Read more about Range Street hereThe role of Night Concierge will include:Responding positively to customer requests and queries, efficiently offering solutions or recommendationsCompleting concierge check lists, feeding back information and completing incident reports if requiredDeveloping and delivering effective administrative proceduresEnsuring that security of the service is maintained by completing hourly checks and monitoring CCTVEnsuring the safety and security of the buildingCarrying out cleaning tasksPreparing communal areas for residents, including kitchens and bathrooms and ensuring that their security is maintainedThis role will include long periods of lone working at nightSkills and experiences:Some experience of security or working with vulnerable adults in a similar role is essentialA positive, can-do attitudeBasic health and safety knowledgeNVQ2 in Front of House Reception or similar is desirableFriendly and approachable attitude with the ability to communicate and engage with our residents, visitors and colleaguesWhy work for Sanctuary Supported Living?We support vulnerable people to live as independently as possible, by building their confidence and skills to realise their potential.We are a national organisation but we think locally.
