Highly successful privately owned commercial business are looking to recruit a Part Time Finance Manager to be based at their offices in Colchester, Essex

Your new role
The Part Time Finance Manager will report to the Directors and take ownership of all accounting matters for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and business insight to the Directors
"Hands on" day to day management of accounts receivable and payable
Raise payments
Credit control
Intercompany accounting
Cashflow management and reporting
Monthly trial balance
Accruals and prepayments
CIS returns
Post completion statements on to Sage
Monthly management reporting
Balance sheet reconciliations, Profit and Loss
Prepare draft accounts for Year End for presentation to the Accountants
Ad hoc project reports: feasibility, profitability, funding applications, cashflow, new developments
Arrange and manage insurance for the business and general business administration
Manage Sage Line 50 and process improvement

What you'll need to succeed
The Part Time Finance Manager will be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience, they will have broad accounting knowledge and experience of managing finance for a SME business, have good attention to detail, good communication and IT skills.

What you'll get in return
The Part Time Finance Manager will be offered a competitive salary in the region of GBP40,000 to GBP45,000 pro rata 4 days a week, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and pension.
