*Job description - Knowsley Hall - Kitchen Porter *

Knowsley Hall are recruiting for an enthusiastic, customer focused and flexible individual, who has excellent self-motivation and can deliver the highest standards of customer service to join their team as a Kitchen Porter.

Candidates must have an energetic and efficient approach to work, demonstrating a positive attitude, be always polite and professional.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work at a 5 Star Stately Home and become a part of a passionate, established team at one of the most prestigious venues across the North West. Knowsley Hall holds events including weddings, awards evenings, conferences, and filming.

*Roles and Responsibilities: *

* To help prepare and set up events in line with Stanley Enterprise Standard Operation Procedures

* To complete all daily tasks, procedures and cleaning to the required standard and complete all close down sheets

* To deliver food and beverages for service and for functions/events as directed
* To wash glasses, crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, etc. as directed
* To work as part of a team and assist other staff at all time
* To ensure the Health and Safety of the hall, all customers and staff at all times and report any accidents that may occur. Ensuring the security and due care of the Hall and Derby Collection at all times

*About You: * The successful candidate will:
* Have previous Kitchen Porter experience
* Be hard working and reliable

* Be confident and able to use their initiative
* Have a strong level of spoken English
* Have the right to live and work in the UK
* Due to our location and the start and the finish times of the shifts, you must have your own transport

*Details of Role: *
* Working hours will depend on the events at the Hall, good availability and commitment is essential
