The primary function of this role is to support the Managing Director to drive compliant operational processes and procedures. As a member of the Management Team, this individual will have experience of working alongside other department Team Leads to design and implement improved company procedures.
This role would suit a highly organised and self-driven individual, with excellent communication skills as well as a 'can-do' attitude. High levels of attention to detail and accuracy are required.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing the HR system and assisting employees with their use of the system
* Maintaining accurate and GDPR compliant electronic personnel records
* Involved in recruitment, interview and selection processes
* Managing timekeeping, sickness absence and holiday requests in a timely fashion
* Able to support MD & Team Leads with employee training & development plans
* Able to manage performance and disciplinary procedures
Experience:
* Experience of working in a HR Department and managing HR processes and procedures
* Experience of producing high quality documentation and correspondence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
* Excellent interpersonal skills - a real people person!
Job Types:
* Part-time, Permanent, Flexible - ideally 2 days per week or hours can be spread over 3 days
Salary & benefits:
* GBP(phone number removed) per year, dependent on experience
* On-site parking
* Flexible schedules available
