Implementation and Compliance Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an Implementation and Compliance Manager to join a management team and oversee the operational implementation of new services.

You will be working with the Personalised Support Team (PST) North, who provide supported living services, community outreach and floating support services to vulnerable adults who may have mental health issues, learning disabilities and physical needs across North Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Salary: £27,052 - £31,179 per annum

Contract: 37 per week, full time – 12 month Fixed term contract

Closing Date: Monday 01 November 2021

About the role:

As the new Implementation and Compliance Manager, you will take an active role in recruitment and induction of new employees, overseeing the performance, development and ongoing supervision of employees and ensuring their training compliance.

General working days Monday to Friday, however must be available to work weekends and cover out of hours as required.

About you:

You will have excellent communication skills and good customer relations. You will be confident, resilient, and flexible and have strong organizational skills with the ability to work and respond to challenging and changing situations. You will also be able to prioritise and ensure all quality requirements are met.

You will need to have a valid driving licence and access to your own car as there will be travel involved.
