Remote Account Executive
We have a new role for a Remote Account Executive at RecWorks.
This would likely suit someone with experience in a business-to-business role such as Account Management, Recruitment, Sales or similar. We could also see this suiting someone that has been a Recruitment Co-ordinator, HR professional or Personal Assistant in a past role. We have a history of hiring remote workers at RecWorks; our first five hires were all working mums and we now have a large team of remote working parents. We are familiar with the pressures that come with being a working parent, so we have a flexible approach to that sort of thing.
This member of the team will be involved in various support-focused activities for the Account Directors/Clients at RecWorks.
You must be comfortable speaking to people on the phone, a naturally mature, friendly and positive person. Previous Recruitment/HR experience is definitely not a pre-requisite though involvement in hiring processes would likely be an advantage.
Your tasks will involve things like:
- Speaking to clients and candidates over the phone and email about potential positions
- Doing a basic level of screening of candidates against set jobs which may involve asking simple questions, presenting jobs using pre-written scripts
- Organising interviews verbally and confirming in writing
- Writing brief update reports for our clients against work done on their accounts
We are looking for someone that is highly organised, able to multi-task and stay on top of multiple ongoing projects. You will not be required to cold-call companies nor would we expect you to do your own research of who to speak to. This will be a warm, relationship-driven opportunity; we are looking for someone with a mature head on their shoulders.
