A workplace where you can proudly be yourself; our people make Sky a truly exciting and inclusive place to work.We're looking for a passionate, experienced Marketing Lead to join the Sky TV Advertising & Campaigns team - working across brand and trading campaigns.What you'll do:
- Lead and drive forward the annual strategy and objectives for Sky TV and Future Products - leading all aspects of the campaign planning process driving forward best in class 360 marketing
- Be accountable for a £multi-million media budget with business partners, ensuring efficient and accurate spend
- Work closely with commercial, consumer strategy and econometrics teams to monitor media effectiveness and develop recommendations for how to improve
- Line-manage and coach a team of high performing marketing professionals, allocating and planning resource across the team
- Managing agency partnerships, acting as the main point of contact for creative, media, partnership and experiential agencies and develop and maintain the creative agency roster and long-term retainer
- Act as lead brand guardian for Sky TV, ensuring consistent creative output across the business, and collaborating with teams across wider business including PR, social, influencer, trading and the content teams
- Present strategy and creative work to Director and Managing Director levels and above
- Strong communication skills, confident in presenting, challenging ideas and building relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Be organised, and able to work on a high volume of projects simultaneously, with the ability to effectively collaborate align with multiple internal and external teams.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience within a marketing department or agency working on 360 multi million pound marketing campaigns
- Experience of being able to manage multiple agencies successfully across multiple projects at once whilst able to think strategically and adapting to change.
