About the role

Swan Housing Association was first formed in 1994. We celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2014 and continue to provide high quality and affordable homes to rent and buy. Today, we operate in Essex and East London and locally manage over 10,000 homes with plans in place to deliver more than 1,000 new homes as part of an ambitious three-year strategy.

The Guest Services Assistant is required to work as part of a small team looking after residential/domestic accommodation at our Broomfield & Colchester Keyworker Living Sites.  We are looking for  competent, enthusiastic and flexible individuals who possess the skills to provide excellent customer, whilst carrying out a range of housekeeping and property service duties.

The sites consists of approx. 500 units of accommodation consisting of shared rooms and individual flats.
