We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Consultant, on a part time basis, based within our team at Fareham, who will build business through developing customer relationships ensuring maximum conversion of enquiries to bookings, ideally at the first point of discussion.

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative who can demonstrate excellent communication skills across multiple channels. You will have great customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of different people.

Please note this role is working Monday - Friday 0900am - 1300pm

What you'll do...

• Actively selling across retail locations to achieve individual sales target, contributing to overall sales target.
• Provide high quality customer service to all individuals who visit the retail sales locations in accordance with company SLAs
• Act as a SME for all product maintaining a comprehensive knowledge, answering general enquiries from customers.
• Pass all visit audits in accordance with company SLAs.
• Attainment of all core KPIS. To include sales budget (individual/division), conversion, attach (ancillary sales), and discount.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation - data and product. Reporting of any GDPR breaches immediately.
• Support the Product Admin team with administration relating to bookings, including amendments and cancellations, preparation of ticket packs, and notifying customer of changes to their holiday
• Ensure the retail sales location is presentable and has appropriate POS materials available for customer to view and take
