REED Business Support in Bath is honoured to be working with a highly respected and noticed business in Bath in their search for a Temporary part-time HR Administrator. This role is to start immediately and is working 15-18.75 hours 3 days a week.

The successful temporary HR Administrator will ideally have a background in HR administration and be available to start immediately.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with senior management you will provide a first class administrative support to the team
  • Administering HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment
  • Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, starters and leavers
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies
  • Setting up interviews and issuing relevant correspondence
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by your manager

The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess strong IT skills (MS Office and database)
  • Have strong communication skills, be a genuine team player
  • Have administrative experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Be a self starter, excellent attention to detail and able to spot mistakes
