Temporary Part-Time Finance Officer

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for an exciting part-time temporary role in North Oxford?

This tight knit and inclusive team are looking for someone who can hit the ground running by assisting with a range of administrative tasks within HR and payroll - if that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

This long-term role starts immediately and has the potential to become a permanent position once the temporary assignment has been completed.

Temporary Part-Time Finance Officer Responsibilities

As the Temporary Part-Time Finance Officer your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting the Finance Manager with system implementation
  • Running efficient purchase and sales ledgers
  • Managing day to day financial transactions and procedures
  • Assisting with the payroll process
  • Providing complex administration support
  • Undertaking specific projects and initiatives
  • Deputising for colleagues in the finance department

Temporary Part-Time Finance Officer Experience

The candidate should have:

  • Experience in a similar fast-paced finance role
  • Excited about the prospect of shaping the role
  • Positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Calm and efficient approach

Temporary HR and Payroll Administrator Rewards

Holiday pay is offered alongside the hourly rate. You will be working in a supportive environment alongside friendly and encouraging staff.

Our client is located in North Oxford (OX4), and there is on-site parking available, as well as public transport links.

  • Part-time hours are 18-20 hours over 3 days per week.
