Page Personnel are working hand in hand with this reputable business to recruit for a Part time client services administrator.

This role is a varied administration role for 24 hours a week. These hours can be worked over 3, 4 or 5 days.

This business is one of the UK's leading independent service and maintenance companies. Established for over 30 years, they have continued to grow, not just in quality and services, but also in size. Their head office and large warehouse is based in Runcorn area.

Description

Working in a small team of three, the Part Time Client Services Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Managing the engineer's diaries and calendars
  • Speaking to customers daily, including booking in calls
  • Managing incoming stock and parts ordering
  • Customer estimates
  • Meeting individual KPIs and expected new business growth
  • General administration
  • Documenting information accurately onto CRM system
  • Ensuring all client information is up to date

Profile

The successful part time client services administrator will require the following:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Proven record of customer service experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills, quickly able to act upon new information
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate with various levels
  • Strong IT skill set
  • Good organisation skills

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be offered:
