Zenith People are proudly representing their South Shields based Client on their search for Telephone Researchers, working within the education sector. This is an excellent opportunity for all candidates with customer service experience gained from any sector.

The role involves the following duties :-

• Making outbound calls to current students taking feedback on courses.
• Working in a target driven environment to how many dials per hour.
• No sales involved in the role; the calls are purely research based.

The successful person will have:

• Customer service experience.
• Experience of working in a contact centre is preferred although not essential as full training given.
• Customer service focused.
• Happy to work the following shifts - they fall from 9am to 8pm (Ten-hour shifts) Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays from 9am-12pm. The current hours are 9am-7pm Monday to Thursday, but these can change in the future. The Client is happy for the succesful candidates to work on a Part Time basis
