Well Placed HR are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by a growing manufacturing company near Truro as they recruit into their HR team. This HR Generalist role offers an outstanding level of flexibility and the opportunity to expand your skills into an interesting and ever evolving company.

The organisation is part of a large-scale parent company, with multiple organisations both in the UK and the USA. This is an extremely broad opportunity that will allow the successful candidate the autonomy to effectively "stamp their mark" on HR policy and procedure. Ensuring the organisation is compliant whilst reviewing policies and building positive relationships between employees and managers. You will report in to the HR Lead, but will take control of the day to day HR within this area.

Key responsibilities to include:

Recruitment, onboarding and dealing with outgoing employee meetings.
Employee relations
Ensuring all compliance needs are met
Reviewing policies and updating as changes are announced
Lead training and appraisals as well as exit interviews

Ideal candidates will come from a solid HR background, and ideally possess CIPD Level 5 - although this is not an essential. Hours are flexible and can vary between 15-24 for the right candidate. Days and layout of working week is negotiable and flexible for the right candidate as well as the opportunity for some blended working long term.
