Our established client based in the Fradley area have an immediate need for a Fleet & Facilities Administrator to join their business on a Temporary basis. The role will be Part Time working 3 days per week, ideally Monday - Wednesday

The Role :

Co-ordination of preventative and reactive maintenance of all company vehicles including management of hire vehicles and liaison with suppliers, users and our contracts and service departments for planning.

Co-ordination of all aspects of vehicle accident management including insurances.

Congestion charging, driving licence monitoring and vehicle management system.

Sourcing of daily rentals.

Assisting with local deliveries and collections.

Completing general administrative tasks
